Limiting Reagent
Keep the production line fed by getting the mole ratio right.
Your plant makes one product. Reagents arrive in carts you order, carts cost budget, and the reactor follows the balanced equation whether you do or not. Meet the order book without drowning the floor in leftover reagent.
Levels
4 levelsThe tag on each level says how it gets harder. Levels gate on ideas, not on each other — jump wherever it gets interesting.
What decides the outcome
The game never restates the science — it imports it. These are the model layers that do the deciding.
The balanced reaction library, findLimitingReactant, and the mole–mass arithmetic. The game never states a coefficient or a molar mass of its own.
Why it teaches
The author's own delete-the-science argument: remove this game's substrate and there is nothing left to choose.
A learner cannot clear any level without computing which reagent limits: the entire decision is mole arithmetic, and removing the equation leaves nothing to choose between carts. The floor makes over-ordering visible as consequence rather than as a deducted point.
